The LIPS–MOC 2026 Conference will begin with an official welcome reception held in one of Tangier's most emblematic historic locations.

This evening gathering offers participants the opportunity to meet fellow delegates, keynote speakers, and members of the organizing committee in an inspiring cultural setting overlooking the city's rich architectural heritage.

The reception is designed to foster early networking, encourage cross-disciplinary exchanges, and introduce participants to the unique spirit of Tangier - a meeting point between Africa, the Mediterranean, and Europe and beyond.

The Gala Dinner will take place in the main conference hotel, Hotel El Minzah, bringing together international speakers, institutional partners, and delegates for an elegant evening of celebration and exchange.

This exclusive dinner highlights Moroccan hospitality and offers a moment of conviviality after a full day of conferences, keynotes, and panels.

The evening will feature traditional cuisine, local artistic performances, and opportunities for high-level networking in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
