MOC – Paper Submission
The conference welcomes submissions on topics in lean in public sector modular and offsite construction that include, but are not limited to, sustainable industrialization, lean green, simulation applications, production optimization and forecasting, digital twins, BIM applications, and intelligent automated systems.

- Camera-ready Papers Upload: February 28, 2026

REVIEW AND PUBLICATION PROCESS
The MOC review and publication process follows standard procedures that comply with quality requirements set out by most databases. Authors and reviewers are required to take note of and comply with the following:
- Each paper will be assigned to at least two reviewers
- Selection and ranking process: based on the objectively determined quality of each paper
- Reviewers will be asked to declare potential conflicts of interest
- Papers will be published as part of the MOC proceeding series
- Proceedings and papers will be published Open Access through the repository MOC Proceedings
