Registration Guidelines

Each registration is individual and valid for the presentation or publication of one paper only.

Participants submitting multiple papers or registering multiple attendees are kindly requested to complete one registration form per person or paper.

In-Person Attendance

Registration includes access to:

  • All conference sessions and workshops
  • The full conference programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
  • Access to official networking events (see below)

SOCIAL & NETWORKING EVENTS

Welcome Reception – March 23, 2026 (Free)

A complimentary welcome reception will be held at the end of the workshop day to officially welcome all conference participants. It is free but a registration is required.

Conference Gala Dinner – March 24, 2026

The Gala Dinner is one of the highlights of LIPS–MOC 2026, offering a unique opportunity for high-level networking in a festive and elegant setting. Participants will enjoy a curated dining experience and informal exchanges with speakers, partners, and fellow attendees.

Participation is optional and can be selected during the registration process.

Registration fees are structured according to participant category and registration period.

Early Bird rates apply until 15 February 2026.

Regular rates apply from 16 February to 22 March 2026.

Workshop – March 23, 2026

  • Regular participants: €200 (Early Bird: €180)
  • Students: €100 (Early Bird: €80)

Conference – March 24–25, 2026

  • Regular participants: €400 (Early Bird: €350)
  • Students: €200 (Early Bird: €180)

Gala Dinner – March 24, 2026

All participants: €65
